Your music stays yours. This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it.
When you submit a song we store the audio file, any lyrics and context you provide, your chosen goals, your name and email, and timestamps for your submission and your acceptance of these terms.
We use your submission only to review your music and prepare your campaign, and to contact you about it. Uploaded music is treated as private, unreleased material and is stored privately.
Your submission may be accessed by authorized Tone personnel who need it to review your music and build your campaign. We do not sell your submissions or claim ownership of your creative work.
Files are stored privately and served only through authenticated or time-limited access. Songs submitted without a Tone account are automatically deleted 30 days after submission; the file itself is removed while limited business records may be kept.
You can ask us to delete your submission and account information. Reach out to the Tone team to make a request.
